The Oregon Area Fire/EMS District covers forty-four miles with a population of
sixteen thousand people. Our staffing consists of sixty-two paid on call members,
four full-time staff, part-time Deputy Chief and a part-time Chief.
We have responded to 610 EMS calls and 234 fire calls for a total of 844 calls to date in 2008.
