Craft Fair Registration

We've moved our registration to a completely digital platform. This platform will allow us to process registration payments, communications, and vendor relationships in an easier and more efficient way. 

The form below will ask the following:

  • How many booths you would like to reserve. Each booth is 10'x10' in size. 
  • If you would like to make an additional donation to the Oregon Area Fire & EMT Association.
  • Vendor information
    • First & Last Name
    • Email Address
    • Home/Business Address
    • Phone Number
    • What they're selling
    • Additional comments/questions
    • If they would need power at their booth (a request we will try to honor, but may not be guaranteed)
    • Additional agreements
    • If they would like to leave a tip for the platform we use to process payments
    • Their payment information
      • Apple Pay
      • Google Pay
      • Credit Card
      • Online bank account

Special Note on Tipping

The Oregon Area Fire & EMT Association is a registered non-profit/501(c)(3) and uses a platform called Zeffy to process payments. Zeffy does not charge the non-profit any money to use their platform, but they do ask for tips to help keep the platform free for non-profits. There is a default tip suggestion, but the person filling out the form is able to select "Other" and manually type in 0.00 to not tip the platform. While this tip is completely optional, it does help keep the platform free for non-profits.
